World is a miracle to see. A miracle full of light, full of colours.

Aim of my painting is to capture and present that miracle to the viewer.

I am a figurative painter. My preferred media is oil on canvas. So, I can achieve bold, strong colours to capture trembling of the light in the forest, colours of the summer bouquet in the late afternoon that will never come back again or the sitter’s image as it was seen at a certain moment of our conversation in the studio. I capture all these images to tell the world is a miracle to see.  For art is life. This is all I strive for.
