Tamara Jare is a contemporary figurative painter, born in Slovenia in 1962. She was taught art by her mother, a professional artist, from a very early age.
She’s absolved studies of medicine at Ljubljana University.
With a growing family she remained a stay at home mother just to move on to international project work in the field of education.
Lately she’s been a full-time artist.

Tamara Jare has exhibited her paintings at curated art shows in the United States, Italy, and Slovenia, and has been featured in prestigious collections and platforms such as Saatchi Art, Guggenheim, Christie’s, and Sotheby’s. She has also participated in various online and public art projects that address social and environmental issues, such as #GuggenheimTogether, #viaggidicamera, #createwithchristies, #recycle, and #sudaysketch. She aims to inspire and connect with her audience through her colorful and meaningful artworks.
